Receipts/Documentation: Together with your goods you will receive a Packing Slip, which you should file carefully. You will need the document in case of a Return.
Processing and Packaging Your Order, Estimating Arrival Time: We will process and ship your order as soon as possible. Typical order processing time prior to shipping is 1-2 days. You will receive an order confirmation via email containing ship date, estimated delivery date and tracking numbers.

Return Policy: Items purchased from our online store can be accepted for return or exchange. Returns must be authorized within 7 days of receipt as indicated by online tracking systems. Important: No items may be returned to All Roads Imports, LLC without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) or the merchandise will be considered an unauthorized return. No refunds will be made after 30 days of the purchase date or without a return authorization.
Authorized returns must have original and unaltered tags, be in original and unaltered packaging, and accompanied by a completed Return Form (on the back of your Packing Slip) with your RMA noted at the top of the page. Items returned must be insured and tracked. NO refunds for Special order items.
Charges for Shipping and Insurance are not refundable. Exchanges will be handled on an individual basis. Authorized returns will receive credit on the original credit card used to make the purchase (minus the above listed fees). Please allow up to 4 business weeks to process your refund. All authorized returns will first be inspected for use or damage before any credit can be issued.
Unauthorized Returns (packages mailed without an RMA, see above), will receive a credit memo for future purchases less a 30% re-stock charge and minus the original shipping costs we incurred to send you your order. No cash or credit card refunds are available for Unauthorized Returns.
